FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I go about getting an estimate and scheduling the work?

A: The easiest way to get started is to give us a call. We will be able to quickly discuss what you need done and make an appointment to have me come by to take a look. A lot of estimates can even be provided based on pictures you send us. From there an estimate will be supplied to you via email. Should you decide to move forward with us simply let us know and you're on the list! From there you will be contacted to find dates that work for you and be put on the schedule. Lead time is generally 2-3 weeks but we are very flexible and can often make arrangements to accommodate you if you're in a rush!

Q: Do you have insurance?

A: Yes we have both the appropriate liability and workman's comp insurance. Any tradesman that performs work on your property will have all the coverage necessary to make sure your home or business is protected.

Q: What products do you use and do we supply the paint?

A. We are proud to offer all Sherwin-Williams paints which we are happy to supply. We ask that you choose colors off of their pallette and then let us know what goes where and we handle the rest!

Q: What do you need us to do in preparation?

A: Not much! We ask that you remove the small items from the rooms as much as possible. We will move all the big furniture where it needs to be and back where it belongs. If pictures or wall hangings go back where they were you can leave the nail or fixture and we will paint around it. If not please pull those out and we will patch the holes for you.

Q: How do you protect our floors, woodwork and furniture?

A; We have all the proper tapes, plastics and coverings to make sure your property and valuables are protected.

Q: Will you leave us touch up paint?

A: Absolutely. All the leftover paint will be yours to keep. Not only for touch ups but so that you know exactly what products were used for your future reference. Of course you don't need to do any touch ups yourself. If there is any flaw in our work just let us know and we will be happy to make it right for you.

Q: Do you require a downpayment?

A: Nope. We do not require any payment until the job is done and you are satisfied.

Q: Do you offer any guarantees?

A: The paint itself is guaranteed by the manufacturer. The work is guaranteed by me personally and indefinitely, which means if you have issue with our work at any time upon completion or in the future you simply let me know and I will make sure it's made right.
